   • ruined it how? she knew she was dying. She knew the struggles that lay ahead. but she didn’t back down – forged ahead regardless. that bird is her strength, her tenacity, her refusal to lie down and wait for the crows to pick at her carcass. that bird is for all of us fighting our own battles and the courage to overcome
