    • Agreed. I’ve been turning off the comments for her post because all she does is read the news and summarizes it. She does not offer an opinion or a translation or an emotion bound to this. She just tells the news and that’s that. As a historian, I’m sure she sees plenty of patterns of behavior on everyone involved here

  2. What ships is Iran using to lay these mines? I thought their navy will be coral reefs soon.

    Since Iran has been war with us for 47 years hopefully this ending will be short.

    Unfortunately, since the group the Ayatollahs have an odd belief, they will not give up easily. The odd belief (nicknamed the Twelve): the 12th Iman did not die in about 840 but was whisked away and will return once enough chaos happens (destruction, death, etc.). This is why they have killed about 1,200 of us over the years and killed about 30,000-40,000 protestors about a month ago. Not people open to discussing surrender.

    Ms. Richardson may be reading the news, but it appears only one source and it is liberally biased.
