  1. Maybe type 2 diabetes–but I think that is inherited. Type 1 is also inherited, so Bob, if he is to get diabetes, would get it regardless of how many candy bars he ate.

    But still a funny answer. i would have said “a stomach ache.”

      • I am guessing you know because you are the only one in your family that ever got diabetes–and you have type 2. But you are right–maybe type 2 is not inherited–or some of the time is not.

        But yes, type 2 is usually caused by obesity, your cells (except your brain) not using insulin as efficiently as they need to for converting digested food into energy, or your pancreas has slowed down on producing insulin.
