Well, if one was convinced that the ICC was a political court also persecuting innocents with trumped (no pun intended) up accusations but really for “not being woke enough” or some other bs…
Shockingly he doesn’t think any court is legitimate unless he is using them to attack innocent olympic athletes to shift blame from yet another of his many many failures
