If the case has a benefit to corporations, the radical right judges will rule accordingly. By weakening the independence of these agencies, it takes away their ability to enforce regulations that the corporations hate. So when you have many of the judges being bribed by corporations to skew their decisions in their favor, it stands to reason, one doesn’t have to pretend how certain cases will be ruled.
