    • 1. Trump should have gotten into the ring and actually shown how tough he is with out a lot of the outnumbering backup that he has used all his life.
      2. Roosevelt didn’t trash the White House and the lawn by putting on a traveling carnival for his own birthday celebration.
      3. Roosevelt was real man and he worked for the people.

      • 1. With that logic, do you mean only those that can participate in a sport can watch or attend? And so what if he claimed to be tough enough to fight–Trump is a braggart and should not be taken literally all the time.

        2. Many Presidents have had things on the lawn that may have trashed it–like all the state dinners that have had to be in tents on the south lawn. But like those, I bet the south lawn will look fine once the setup is removed.

        3. Perhaps.

        • 1. He is a pissant. He has of history of sending in goons to do his dirty work, as Michael Cohen will attest.

          2. The repairs for the event in question is $700,000. https://www.sportsbusinessjournal.com/Articles/2025/10/01/ufc-to-spend-700000-replacing-white-house-lawn-after-2026-fight-card/
Naturally, you negate all those other events were in the course of real presidential duties, the Easter Egg roll event aside.

          3. Perhaps?? He was a progressive, which is rare for a republican president. He created National Parks, Trust busting, consumer protection, corporate regulation, and labor mediation. All things that benefit the working people which every republiklan of today is against. We haven’t had a progressive republican in office since Eisenhower.

You need to step aside, SimpleTim until you can actually learn to accept facts rather than an ignorant racist and bigoted worldview.

    • That ring was in the basement of the White House and was not used as means to financially enrich himself, or as an excuse to celebrate his birthday.

Your inability to recognize false equivalencies would be astounding except for the fact you have not shown any ability to display critical thinking skills of any measure, rather you tend to whip out right wing talking points you gather from your pathetic resources.

      • The ring Teddy used at least some of the time was on the south lawn as well.

Also, Trump was poorer leaving the White House the first time than going in; show proof he is getting richer now.

        • Donald Trump generated income and potential financial returns during the high-profile UFC “Freedom 250” event through several avenues:

Stock Portfolio: Trump disclosed purchasing tens of thousands of dollars in stock in TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of the UFC, a few weeks prior to the event, positioning his investment to benefit from the massive promotion. Just a reminder, UFC sold substantial advertising and corporate sponsorships for the White House “UFC Freedom 250” event. The UFC raised an estimated $30 million in sponsorships and you can bet the orange bag o’ shit took his cut.

Licensing and Merchandise: He designed an official line of “Trump x UFC Freedom 250” medallions. Profits from these collectibles are directed to his personal licensing company.

Crypto Promotions: World Liberty Financial, a cryptocurrency venture co-founded by the Trump family, was an official sponsor of the event. The company paid bonuses to the fighters using “USD1,” their own Trump-family-issued stablecoin.

Not that you will actually check my links, because, ya know, willful ignorance is your superpower, but now it’s your turn to provide proof that Teddy put the boxing ring on the White House lawn.

            • O.M.G. You are a total, unequivocal moron. That image is just a stock image. Nowhere in the video do they say the ring was set outside on the lawn. In fact every mention of it was said to be indoor in some context. A quick search of that image shows it that photograph captures the 1889 bare-knuckle championship fight between John L. Sullivan and Jake Kilrain in Richburg, Mississippi, which happened before he was president.

In all seriousness, you need to comes to terms of your utter failure to see facts rather than believing lies, SimpleTim.

So, for you to suggest a “weak argument” on my part, shows your internet illiteracy. I presented you numerous links of actual PROOF, all you did is present a video that utilized stock imagery to portray a sport in general which you never even listened to to understand what was being said. “OOOO! Look a picture of two people in a boxing ring of a story about Teddy Roosevelt. One of those two people must be Teddy, even tho neither look like him. I won’t bother looking into it further because that would constitute actual work and possible finding of facts, which will hurt my tiny brain.”

BTW, they’re not personal attacks. They’re basic, hard facts as you continue to prove.

At this point, you have been humiliated once again, so I do not expect you to respond to your error, which is your M.O. In the interim, I highly advise you to contact your nearest community college and register for an internet literacy class.
