Google Wave Invitations

Google_waveI have about ten invites to the preview version of Google Wave that I’d like to share with B&P readers interested in trying it out.  The problem is deciding who to give them to if I get a whole bunch of requests.

Google Wave is being promoted as what email would be like if it were invented today.

 I believe you have to have a Gmail account to use Google Wave but I’m not positive on that.

5 pd noteWhat it’s like to be a 5 pound note… from the notes point of view.

A £5 note has a Twitter account….

  • Been given as change to a fat man who clearly is in the mood for donuts. 12 of them. They’ll be gone within the hour I reckon.
  • He just gave me to a taxi driver and got change. He got a taxi less than five pounds worth of distance. And his fingers smelled of Wotsits.
  • Just woken up on a bedside table. No idea how I got here.
  • Ok, it’s all happening. Just been shoved in a pocket. Rough, but I liked it. I think he overslept.
  • Currently sitting in coffee kiosk till at Mictham Junction. I was spent on an Americano by the oversleeper.
  • Think I’m inside the new Actinic EPOS Integrated – http://tinyurl.com/yzngpfx. Still bored, but at least I’m bored in comfort. A fine till.
  • What a couple of days. Coffee kiosk–>cigar shop–>gentlemen’s club–>another gentlemen’s club–>amazing Italian wallet I’m currently inside

How about designing a logo and some pie charts?

Hello David,

I would like to catch up as I am working on a really exciting project at the moment and need a logo designed. Basically something representing peer to peer networking. I have to have something to show prospective clients this week so would you be able to pull something together in the next few days? I will also need a couple of pie charts done for a 1 page website. If deal goes ahead there will be some good money in it for you.
