On the National Geographic Channel’s upcoming TV special, Sizing Up Sperm (AKA Survivor Sperm Island), hundreds of grown men and women don white and run blitzkrieg-style through treacherous terrain in the first-ever live-action adaptation of how mommy and daddy make a baby.

Sizing Up Sperm will air on NatGeo this Sunday, March 14, @ 9PM ET/PT.
