I’m not into games too much, but this one got my attention for a while.

You have to move the block using your arrow keys through a series of levels without falling off the board.  Much more interesting than it sounds.

B&P ranked 710th in list of influential blogs

Well, I’m not sure if it means anything at all, but wikio.com ranks influential blogs and it has ranked Bits & Pieces 710th in it’s list of most influential blogs in the blogosphere.

I did a little Google research on just how many blogs are out there….

Technorati currently states it is tracking over 112.8 million blogs, a number which obviously does not include all the 72.82 million Chinese blogs as counted by The China Internet Network Information Center. Blog statistics often concern the English language blogosphere but we should not forget about the millions of other blogs that are not always included in estimations.

I find that a little hard to believe… that of all the millions of blogs that Bits & Pieces is ranked 710th in the list of “most influential” blogs.  I know that letting the public know about the recall of Hillbilly Teeth is very important and presenting public safety messages is crucial.  Maybe I’m underestimating the importance of providing guidance on pet maintenance,  household tipscomputer repair, hair styles, the animal kingdom, and of course religious practices

I think I’ll take my job here as head blogmeister more seriously in the future.

5 little known Firefox features that will improve your browsing efficiency

Firefox is by far the best web browser available. Here are two of the five features that I’ll probably use now that I know about them:

Firefox-tip-quick-find1. “Ctrl+F” is so last year. All the cool kids are using “/”.
If you hold “Ctrl” and press “F” you’ll bring up the standard find bar in Firefox. Boring. This is fairly common knowledge. What most people don’t know is that if you press “/” (slash) you’ll bring up the quick find bar. The difference with the quick find bar is that it clears and closes itself once you click anywhere or stop typing for a few seconds, leaving you to continue on your merry browsing way.

Firefox-tip-search-google-f4. Copy&Paste into Google no more!
Highlight any text on a website and then right-click on it. What do you know, there’s an option to “Search Google for…” the text you have highlighted. Well I’ll be a copy and pasting monkey’s uncle!

Here’s tha article with all five features
