Sebastian writes: “Here is a pic of me for your B&P mugshots. I’m a 21-year-old Frenchman and I’ve been reading your page since a couple of years. Actually, I must confess you probably played a part in my success to become an English teacher, which I am now. Your page provides many opportunities to understand American jokes and lifestyles.   I don’t know if you will edit my photo, but I thought it would be interesting for you to realize that a lot of non-native speakers like me read your page everyday.
Keep posting!”

Sarah writes: “Hi there random internet guy!   I stumbled upon your site when the rest of the internet failed to entertain me.  I usually browse your archives while I’m supposed to be filing Private Equity paperwork.  But uh.. don’t tell?  I too have a blog for ranting and raving about things which no one reads: http://taboothought.blogspot.com .  Here’s hoping you hold my interest long enough to spread your links and images to my friends.
Thanks for making my work day not as boring as it used to be!   ~Sarah

Pain in the butt for me but he likes it… I guess… cause he does it every day like clockwork!
How about you post your stuff after noon (Chicago time) so I can take a leak first thing? Huh?    — The Bennit.”

Werner writes: “Hi folks, my name is Werner and I’m from Reutlingen which is a town in the Southern part of Germany. Although I don’t post too many comments I’m a great B&P. B&P reader update # 9 Error

Somehow my laptop got screwed up (BIG TIME) and I lost a few pictures from this post… along with all my bookmarked sites and other things when I upgraded to Firefox 3.   It was fine yesterday after I upgraded, but somethnig happened this morning.  A simple reboot might fix it, but we have to leave now.

I don’t have time right now to fix it, but I will when I get home tonight.    Sory for the inconvenience.

I enjoy it because it’s one of the few sites where actually have a mixture of quality and humor – not all offer both.
Keep up the good work and let me know when you plan on going to Germany, drinks are on me.”

The 8 Most Obnoxious Internet Commenters

From Cracked.com

Under every video on YouTube or Break, and under every story on Digg or even right here on Cracked, there is a mini-culture that forms down in the comment section. The hit-and-run nature of the comments means it’s fertile ground for some really annoying personalities to thrive.

These are the eight commenter personality types you’d most like to avoid, but can’t because they’re freaking everywhere.

This was interesting.  Many of the B&P commenters fit nicely into some of these categories.

B&P mugshots note

Since I first posted a group of readers pictures, I’ve gotten quite a few.  I’ll try to post a few each day.  Right now I have about a dozen that haven’t been posted yet.

Don’t forget to write a little something about yourself… like where you’re from, your age, what you like to do, etc,…. anything you want.  Also let me know if you want to only be identified by a nickname.  I don’t want to give out your name if you don’t want it known.

Also, it would help me if you title the email “Mugshot” so I don’t overlook it.  Send to [email protected].

Thanks for responding to this.  I think it’s fun to see who you guys are.  I’m sure others enjoy it too.  I won’t let it get in the way of the regular posts though.

Thanks again.
