They’ve changed it. This is what it did say:
“Asshole (or arsehole in British English) is slang for the anus and can be used as a derisive descriptor of an unpleasant person. … en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A word”
You can see this by putting a colon after the word define as in …
“define: a word”
