1. I think calling 911 might be a better idea as I don’t think eating raw hamburger is a healthy move.

     • It might be okay if one took care care of the whole process from it being on the hoof until consumption.
       But not forgetting the pre-soak in Everclear 190. Then lighting it.
       We can only get Everclear 151 in Michigan. I use it for homemade tinctures. So I will have to still cook the meat.
