At the F4’s minimum speed it would be doubtful anyone could hang on. It’s not like the old biplane’s speed where some showmen and women would walk on the wings or hang from them.
But if the flying gas station attendant had aluminum magnets in his suit and shoes maybe it would have worked.
I’ve sat on that exact spot on an F4 many times. fortunately it was on the ground at the time.
