Why I am hearing “Yakkity Sax”?
I am guessing the cyclists were riding around in the field and decided to leave and someone couldn’t lift their bike or lifted it in the wrong area. For instance, if they had hoisted it a few feet to the left, the wooden fence part would have protected from electric shock and make it easier to carry the bike over.
Or ask the owner to turn off the electricity then offer to pay for the fence repair.
