It’s really annoying not to be able to see the whole picture. The “punch line” usually is hidden by your banner stuff.
love how they did the pools ,I could just lay there all day
Where the hell is it? Downtown New York?
Meaningless without location.
Barbwire,
Once the pictures scroll down past the links you can see them all… OR you can right click on them and “view” the picture in whole.
Jonco
I’m guessing Caracas
Hey guys I`m pretty sure that picture was taken in Sao Paulo , Brazil . I know because I used to pass in front of that building everyday , I lived at another building at the same avenue ! Here`s another pic of the same slum : . Boy , am I glad I live in Canada now !
Let’s all be a little snarky today, shall we? Hmmmm?
I have no idea where it is, but I like the contrast it provides.
Usually, I am able to navigate B&P without much trouble, and always without bitching.
And if you look real close, that tiny little shack made of pallets that looks like a doghouse?
That was my first apartment.
Take Care,
Mike
i’m so sick of this crap.
i would consider this: order vs chaos
exceptions don’t make the rule. most of those people
simply don’t care.
it’s for people in the US, or other civi’s to sit back with their
latte’s and dabble in contemplation of how unfair the world is.
first… it’s america; and america is full of hard working people.
you earned the money to pay for your computer.
you earned the money to pay for your broadband to see this image.
do you think it’s unfair that you can see this image, and others cant?
no you don’t. cause this is the order we worked for.
order takes hard work. without it… you get chaos.
glad to live in america where order is important.
I think it’s in Detroit.
It’s Saffold Georgia.
Here’s the link for the original photo.
Saõ Paulo: an apartment building for the wealthy overlooks a favela, ironically called Paraisópolis (Paradise city).

D Man was correct, and I am glad he doesn’t live there anymore too.
It’s an odd thing, the internet. We have all this info right at out fingertips but the slightest bit or piece of work we have to do and we bitch and moan rather than try to hunt it down ourselves.
As Jonco is living proof, the thrill is actually in the hunt.
Looks like, if you tried hard enough, you could actually go to the top of the building and jump down from pool to pool. That’d be pretty cool to watch someone do.
