1. To paraphrase Arthur Dent: Beyond Beef tastes almost, but not quite, completely unlike beef.

2. I quite like Beyond Beef. Should also list what it lacks: growth hormones, bovine meds, saturated fats, ground cow bits that no one would eat otherwise…

3. True, but I don’t think that’s the point of Beyond Beef.
