  1. One day, Mikeco went to the store, and my uncle wanted him to add something to the shopping list. I said I’d text him. My uncle said “Shouldn’t you just call him and tell him?”

    I responded that we don’t use our phones for that. Text would be fine.

  2. For most of my life, we limited calls after 9:00 p.m. As a kid, I don’t think the phone rates were different between day and night.
