  1. That “double wide” looks more like a modular home. For modular homes, typically two pieces like that completed one in the picture are taken to the property and fitted together and sealed up, thus creating a cozy 3 bedroom home.

    Besides, a double wide would be a trailer and that does not look like it even had an axle.
