1. I think it was 3, but we have a local tv station on 3, so I think 2 was the option?

2. I remember it, but I don’t think it was ours as we did not need it to connect our Atari 2600 to the TV along with the coax cable from the cable company.

3. I had one that had a sliding switch to allow you to select between channels 3 and 4.
