at first she turning clockwise and balancing on her left leg.. I look at the picture again and agian for a looooooong time and couldn’t see the illusion counter-clockwise.. but then suddenly I see her standing with her right leg moving to the opposite way LOL! impossible!!
Could be either way, but if you use the reflection and apply that the foot in the air should only be visible in the reflection when it is behind her, she is then spinning on her right leg spinning counter clockwise.
Concentrate on the stretched out leg. If you think it’s her right leg, then she appears to spin clockwise. If you think it’s her left leg, then counterclockwise. If you can master this, the spinning dancer will make you dizzy as you change “legs”
this is frustrating for me.
i can only see her spinning clockwise on her left leg.
no matter what i do.
covering her lower half does absolutely nothing.
is there anything else someone can point out to help?
I LOVE optical illusions, and I want to get this one.
I tend to see her more often turning clockwise, however once you see her turning ccw it is very strange. You wonder how I could have imagined her going cw; then when you blink she is going cw……it is weird.
She’s turning clockwise on her left leg. I stared for ages but couldn’t get her to go the other way. What does it mean?
She’s balancing on her left foot. The other way has her landing and jumping off her heel with her toes up, not very natural.
Looks like right leg to me…

thanks for sharing ^^
nice set
It is easier to make the illusion appear to be rotating in the opposite direction by following these steps:
-watch the illusion
-cover the top half with your hand
-watch just the legs
-then watch the full illusion again.
It is one of the best illusions out there.
They say that if she is turning clockwise, you are more right-brained and vice-versa.

clockwise, left leg.
Who cares which way she’s spinning! I couldn’t keep my eyes off her rack.
Turn the lights on!

Old stuff.
She turns both clockwise and counter-clockwise. Some ppl can “make her” change direction of rotation, some – can’t.
Easy question. She is spinning on her left foot. Just look at the instep of the foot touching the ground.

Holy moley! Took a minute and some watery eyes, but I see it:) Awesome. If you focus on the shadows of her feet it’s easier to make her “switch.”
