This is in Trondheim, middle of Norway (Northern Europe). I’ve been there, but never tried it. It’s closed in the winters and at night (danger of drunk biking). They have a season card, and it’s actually used daily by the locals. This is the only place they have it though, because it’s a test/innovation project.
