No no, not BANG a yewey, it’s HANG a yewey.
It may be Uey but never seen it in writing.
“Hang a Yuey” is a Midwestern term, too.
So is “doing donuts”. Especially during the winter in a rear wheel drive vehicle.
You can do them in a front wheel drive also, but I suspect you’re referring to unintentional donuts rear wheel drive cars sometimes do in winter of their own volition.
