They are completely different things. In your video the machine simulates the car movement, while in the video above it obviously simulates the G forces affecting the person driving a car (although they never pass 1G since the simulator depends on gravity), which is much more realistic.
It looks like it responds more like a motorcycle. He needs to be seated on a M/C seat and have handle bars. THAT would be the real deal.

Nearly every other video from Force Dynamics (the one I posted) looks like the posted video with the seat kicking back for acceleration.
