Three of us finally connected. (L to R – Gary, Me and Infidel)  I was inside waiting for them and they were outside waiting for me.  (Why wait outside when I could be inside drinking beer and seeing the ‘sights’ – DUH!.)  I had Gary’s phone number, but I had left it in my hotel room, so I left Hooters and went to my room (nearby) and found the number (after some trouble) and called Gary.  He said they were outside waiting for me.  Here all along I thought I was “Stood Up” and was planning that as the title for this post.  Anyway, we finally connected and enjoyed a nice talk for about an hour and a half.  LOL – Infi had to put his shades on for the pictures.

Both really nice gentlemen.  It was a pleasure to meet them.  They both are planning to attend the BABBQ in September.

Thanks to Gary’s wife Arina (I think that was her name) for letting him come tonight.  It was his first visit to a Hooters.  It was Infi’s first visit – today.

  3. It was a pleasure to meet two great guys, sorry it got off to a rocky start, but all’s well that ends well. Infi, thanks for the treat man, I owe you. Jonco, I got home just in time to stop my wife from filling out a missing persons report, she was convinced I had eloped with a pair of hooters……girls.

  6. LOL Scott I was about to post the exact same thing – Are they Infi’s wandering hands hee hee!! Looks like you had fun I soo wish I could make it to the BABBQ but being in England its a looong way to come! Hope you will all have a beer or 3 for me – I don;t comment much but visit daily at least 2 or 3 times.

  17. Reminds me of this: Three old guys are out walking around the local Hooters. First one says, “Windy, isn’t it?” Second one says, “No, it’s Thursday!” Third one says, “So am I. Let’s go get a beer….” 🙂

  20. Miss C, Here’s a link to info about the BBQ. I just thought it would be cool to have a few readers get together. I was thinking I might get 20 people, but it seems like we could have quite the shindig. I’ve got a place that can hold a couple hundred people. I picked the labor day weekend because of the extra travel day. I’d love to have you attend if you can make it. I’ve just been a little overwhelmed with things the last couple of weeks, but I’ll get into planning this event soon.
    As someone said, for some reason you can’t leave comment on the BBQ page as of now. I haven’t had time to try and figure out why that is. Maybe next week when I get home. Anyway, I’d be thrilled if you and you family could make it.
