  1. Yawn. Just what the world needs. A super sized version of a ackward phone people will have to own because it’s cool to own one.

Jobs must be chanelling the Sprit of P.T. Barnum or something.

    Tim

  2. It’s only considered “cool” if somebody else knows that you have one. Since the maxipad stays home, I don’t see any “cool” factor at work…
Oh, and just wait, Apple will drop the price in six months and add features.

  3. Jonco – I had to resend the last comment six times to get it to go through. I’ve noticed a lot of “service unavailable” screens lately. Any connection with your provider?

  4. I heard that they are going the come out with an upgrade soon called the iPad Mini. It’ll have a camera and be able to make phone calls too. Release date: 2007

  5. So.. prfff that’s what I think..
Low RAM (I guess, nobody knows it already)
    No multitask
No camera (mobile device without camera?)
    No flash for surfing
    16GB storage

    whaaat!!!?

  6. I don’t immediately pan anything the Apple people make…but that looks ridiculous. And pretty fragile for $500+

  7. I think I will get one,Richard I have the same problem ,as Jonco will say get rid of IE and get firefox, I will get around to it one day
