  1. Well, just wonderin here… If it’s “non-native, introduced by careless owners, and has become the state’s most invasive species”, wouldn’t it be a good thing if Mother Nature tries to correct the problem by maybe killing them off??

    A better solution would be to pick them up in their comatose state and kill them off that way.

  3. In Oregon, the nutria have been taking over the beavers habitat. Do we create a bounty to solve this problem? Hell no, the enviros would have a shit fit! That’s why we SSS (Shoot, shovel and shut-up).

  4. paul in boca is right! They are invasive, the neighbors have one, that sucker is 4 feet long…use to be anyway, bet they let it go when it got too big to house! (It’s not outback anymore.) Hmm.
