Howdoya go back and underline or cross out without deleting the existing type?
The site won’t let me explain it without using the codes. Here’s a hint: Under the Leave a Reply box, click HTML tags. You can italic, bold, and strikeout. Can’t underline. At the beginning of the word or phrase you want to effect, use the i, b, or strike complete with those arrows. At the end (this is important:) use the same code, but put a / immediately after the first arrow. If you want to bold Hi Bella, it should go like this:
arrow b arrow Hi Bella arrow slash b arrow.
To italic, use i instead of b. Same idea to strikeout a word…use strike instead of i or b.
Here’s the phrase High Hi Bella: arrow strike arrow High arrow slash strike arrow Hi Bella.
Can anyone explain it better? Anyone? Beuller? Maffu?
Google HTML codes.
Great Scott!!
I should use the codes more often to emphasize some of the things I try to say, but it takes too much effort to go through the trouble. I have a hard enough time just typing the words.
She was just lion back and thinking of England Africa…
DJ, that’s helped me learn a little something today. I’d never realised how easy HTML actually is…
Matt – Haha! I just taught you everything I know about it. I think there’s more to learn LOL!!! I do know you can combine them, but they have to go in mirrored order like I did up ^ there: b i Great Scott! i b (add arrows and slashes.)
As moderator I have access to buttons that let me do all that crap easily. Plus I can do this:
” alt=”beer” />
I need a blog.
You do.
Jonco – Feel free to remove the FAILS at 4:02 & 4:04.
This is the last time I try to do that. I failed the last time too.
You already have one here Scott.
Do I overdo it? Seriously sometimes I annoy myself with all the crap I write here.
Overdo it? Not at all. No one makes me laugh as much as you do. Don’t stop!
Wow! A compliment from the chef.
Thanks guys! Very Much! The best part is I can come back here ad infinitum for a refresher.
Scott, That EratoErato muse you have may seem to abandon you at times, but let US be the judge of that.
Hey, I think I got it!!
Thanks for the brewskisuds!
Whoops! Didn’t close right. And meant to strike brewski for suds. I wasn’t sure if I had “entered” the HTML’s, but I figured they’d show up after submitting. Also just meant to scratch 1 Erato and forgot to add “Jonco” on the end.
Not as sharp as Matt. But EYEI had to scroll back and forth further!!
Also, I had the slash AFTER the second strike, so the “strike” didn’t close. I used the “”‘s so I didn’t get my third strike!
Man, am I gonna play today!
Scott!,
Whudeye miss at a couple after 4?
Maybe the muse is sleeping when you’re “seriusly sometimes”. I would bet that the great people here can boo and hissnot applaud when needed!
ALSO Scott,
If you get back to thisun,
Do you have the same talent with musical instruments–no, I don’t mean like “the tuba from Aruba”– but playing; say, piano, guitar, or Seuss-o-phone? I’d bet you do, or if not, could. Hell, EYE I can. That strike HTML is greta great for accenting the singular capital “I”, then striking “eye”, so people might see you’re not a dummy. Anyway, my thought was you should seriously not consider diddying some up–if you don’t already.
When you soar, tho, don’t forget us little people at B&P when you and Colonel Jonco Parker soar.!!
What?
You slay me. Kill, knockem Dead,……..all those comic euphemisms. Specicially yesterday’s Yergun.
I’m not lion, that was the mane event!
Don’t do it
infidelMr. Lion…yea shes happy now
