She seems really cool. I’d imagine it would be annoying always having to deal with people on both ends of the spectrum. Either ignoring you and acting like you’re a pariah or being condescending and acting like you’re a child.
I used to work at a gas station and there was an older man who was a regular and he had sever skin damage from a fire. I felt bad because people treated him like he was a monster. I always did my best to treat him just like anyone else.
