  1. Like sg552, I get the temperature to what I want using the faucet (as if I was drawing a bath), then I turn the showerhead on and get in on the far side of the showerhead.

If I am using a shower stall (like in a 3/4 bath), I get the water to the desired temperature, then step into the shower stall.

  2. All right. Tim, I do the same, so I say you turn on the shower, I’ll join you, then I’ll give Mr Firesmith a call. What say you?

  3. I’m a “modified #2” — I engage the overhead shower with my hand covering/blocking the water flow. When I’m satisfied that it’s “ready” I unblock the flow and step in. My showers tend to be significantly colder than my wife’s — i.e. she’s a 09-10 O’Clock mix, and I’m a 02-03 O’Clock mix (on our single control shower control).

  4. I invited him, don’t worry. He may not know it; I don’t know if he checked back at his comment about the “summnabitch” who stole his woman. But I invited him.

Damn, it’s getting crowded in here!

  5. Pretty much like Tim…but I like it hot to the point of just under scalding. I stay in a long time…maybe 10+ minutes and when I get out I’m all rosy pink and the room is so foggy I can hardly see.

Kate–what’s that down there in the corner? Better bend over and check it out…

  6. We ran out of hot water, no thanks to DJ. And where are Mike and Tim with the beer and pizza? DJ sent them out a while ago.

  7. Hi guys, glad you liked the shower pictures! Come and check out our site, we have some other funny stuff on their too : ), I am thinking right now of my next bathroom related masterpiece!
