A new feature at B&P – SpeakEasy Voicemail

Bits & Pieces Speak Easy!

I’ve created a Google Voice phone number and linked it to Bits & Pieces.  You can call the number and leave a message, a joke or anything you want to say.  No one will answer the phone, it’s just for voicemail.  Hopefully people will call in a joke or something funny.  I’ll be the judge of what gets posted.  If it’s funny I’ll probably post it.  If it’s political or critical of someone else I probably won’t. Or if it’s too dirty it probably won’t get posted.

I know many have free long distance calls on their phones so it won’t cost them to call and leave a message.  It is a St. Louis number, so if you don’t have free long distance, regular long distance charges will apply.

This is just a trial.  If it doesn’t work out I’ll take it down.

Sticky postHow about a good joke?

  1. Infidel wants to hear some heavy breathing from all the ladies. Actually that sounds like something I’d like to hear too.

  2. here’s an idea: when out at the clubs, bars, or wherever and you meet someone that asks for your number and you really don’t want to give them your number, give them this number instead.

  3. um, infi, unless you have access to this number you won’t be able to listen to bitsy, or anyone else for that matter.

  4. Today is Your birthday and Happy Birthday to YOU. Today is your BIRTHDAY, we gonna have a good time too. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JONCO! < Did I mention that I might sing and that was my lousy attempt. 21? – 3 times removed? 🙂 🙂
    Have a Great Day.

  5. Bring on the Irish accent!

    And Happy Birthday Jonco! I was just doing the dishes and I thought ‘CRAP! I forgot to wish Jonco a happy birthday! CRAP!’ So here it is;

    Happy Birthday to you!
    Happy Birthday to you!
    Happy Birthday dear Jonco!
    Happy Birthday to you!

    OR

    Happy Birthday to you,
    You live in a zoo,
    You smell like a monkey
    and you look one too!!

  6. Am I the only one that finds it a little creepy that the company that makes a mint invading your on-line privacy by tracking everything you search and tying it directly to your Google account information (including GoogleCheckOut credit card info!) is now monitoring real-world telephone calls? *shudder*
