In ’92-94, I worked in Wentzville at the GM plant and there was a radio station that featured “Buttman” and “Thor Heiney” on the morning show.
And somehow “Swallow” was on the team, too. Member?
Hated being away from home, but LOVED the locals, mostly transplants from Corvette downtown. And the St. Louie “twang”. We don’t have that in KC because of ettiquette school. I was away from mama, but went home (QUICK) on Friday afternoons. About Wednesday, the guys would ask me, “Hey, John, are ya HARNEY yet?” No, but I sure was horny.
