Bitsy – You just leave the bacon on the stove longer. I guarantee you’ll have crispier bacon, if it doesn’t burn. Reply

It’s because she cooks in metric.
Maybe since she’s down under (upside down) the bacon keeps falling out of the skillet.
I think it is just a different way of curing the bacon. I don’t really know.

Need one of those omelet skillet contraptions. That way the bacon is secured in the pan.
I have tried cooking it longer but it just burns!
