This reminds me of an old police car that is parked in Georgetown, South Carolina. The intent is make you think that is running radar. The problem is that nobody has cut the grass around the car in years. So the “po po” car is surrounded by three feet of weeds.
I live in Israel where this picture was taken. The first time I saw one of these, it fooled me. The second time I already knew what to expect. So, did everyone else apparently, since they stopped using them.
Reminds me of when the Illinois State Police would leave unoccupied police cars along interstates.
I never laughed so hard as when I passed one of these unoccupied cop cars after someone put a box from Dunkin Donuts on the hood.
