These are called digigrade legs. Digigrade, meaning walking on ones toes or an animal whose normal stride does not involve resting on the heel, only the toes.

I can only walk on my toes, unless I’m wearing shoes. Always have. I was taken to the doctor to make sure there was nothing wrong with my legs. Diagnosis was, “Nope, just cute.”
