Do you fold or crumple your toilet paper?

From Mental Floss:

TpI’ll try to put this as delicately as I can. Apparently there’s a significant debate about whether it’s better to fold several sheets of paper, or crumple them together in a bunch. One major argument in favor of the “fold” method is that depending on the quality of your paper and your folding technique, you can refold (and thus reuse) a single set of sheets. The counter-argument is that this is super-gross. I have my own opinions on this issue, but let’s just say I’ve tried multiple methodologies over the years and feel that I’ve perfected my technique.

Of the 25,100 people participating in the survey, 72% are folders and 27% are crumplers.
Hmmmm, that leaves 1%.  Maybe they don’t use tissue.

Take the survey.

  1. If you look at the statistics, none of them add up too 100%. In fact the “Crumpler Demographic” is only 98%…lol
I think, maybe, this is made by a load of ass-wipes, with too much time on their hands…

  2. The survey statistics aside, wouldn’t you see crumpling as potentially … umm… untidy? What it the crumpling leaves open spots?

  3. and or something else Infidel…lol which poses the question… who washed there hands more, crumplers or folders???

  4. I like to make elaborate origami figures out of my tissue. The I can drown them or bomb them if you know what I mean. What does that say about me?

  5. If you look at the main page, the default is Folder, Male, and 0-9 years old.

I think that people simply click submit over and over and thus this survey is a load of crap.
