  1. “Kick me if you want stimulus money.”

Maybe Cheney did it? Now that he’s in a wheel chair it’s not easy to see him with his dirty tricks.

  2. Yep. We are about an hour away from Kinglake. We don’t have a ny family out that way. I am going to ring the Red Cross tomorrow and see what they need donated. What about you?

  3. Thank goodness! We’re all OK, closest fire is also about an hour away. I think I’m going to become a blood donor. I HATE needles T_T

  4. Hillary is holding the paper. It looks as though she sticks it on Obama’s back but she is just hugging him. You can see the paper move away (down and to the right – sorry but I watched JFK over the weekend) after she kisses him.

  5. Ana – I hate needles too…had to be held down by two nurses 30 years ago for a simple blood test…I always joked I had to be sedated to try on shoes. But a few years ago there was a severe blood shortage here, and on the morning of Christmas Eve I stopped in to a bloodmobile on a whim, and even tho I had a little anxiety, the feeling I had the rest of that day was incredible. And a week or two later, the Red Cross sent me my donor’s card, and there was a notice in there that stated that my blood had helped to save 3 lives. I’ve been a regular donor ever since. I still have to talk myself into it, but the feeling you’ll get is worth the slight stress about the needles. The people that work for the Red Cross are angels.
