May sound funny, but it can happen! This very thing happened to a Christmas present my brother ordered for someone. The train it was on struck a truck at a crossing in Indiana and derailed. A lot of the UPS packages were destroyed. He had to get a replacement, so Christmas was ruined for one poor soul. 8)
