After a visit with “Aunt Ivy” (Iva) we headed on over to Orlando.
Vince caught a quick nap on the drive.
We went to Disney’s Wide World of Sports to watch the Cardinals play the Braves.
Here’s Jason Isringhausen… the Cardinal closer… right before he gave away a 3 run homer. The Braves won 12–5. We’ll get em tomorrow!
Vince and I enjoy a cold beverage at the game.
After the game we went to Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island. We did some souvenir shopping and had dinnet at the Rainforest Cafe.
We’re tired at the end of the day. Heading to the hot tub at our hotel for some R & R.
Looks like you had a great trip! Nice photos!
I wish that I had ever had grandparents like you.
Nothin’ better than watching a teen sleep after a hard day, especially in a car. I always thought that if you can wear out a boy between the ages of about 10-11 and 16 or so, you’ve earned your stripes as a parent or grandparent! I may be in my mid (to upper[?]) 50’s, I can still out-drive, out-sightsee, out-eat, out-romp-in-the-ocean, out-museum, and out shop my 18 year old man-boy! (Of course, he can out-xbox, out-blog, out-ipod, and out-tv me!)
it’s great to see your family pics, looks like you guys had a great time!
I think I may be a long lost relative of yours. Can we go on holidays?
Your grand kid should be wearing a seat belt…
…Seat belts aren’t required when the vehicle is parked.
Hey Jonco… do you want to adopt me… I have my own bikes, am old enough to drink in a bar and vote (ok I’m almost 50), both parents have passed away… I’m Married and would require no monitary support what so ever… your awesome dude…
