A different kind of search engine. Let’s you search Google Wikipedia, YouTube and blogs without using your mouse.
Use the arrow keys to navigate (up, down or across) and the ENTER key to select.
Very interesting.

What is the point of this? It takes longer and still needs to use the enter key. I don’t get it.
google desktop does this as well… hit ctrl twice and you get a popup, you can specify default search to search your desktop or the web, your choice.
richard, it’s all about speed/convenience. we have an app we sell with voice service for businesses that let’s someone at an answering position (with a headset) answer an incoming call with a keystroke. they’re typing for some other work related task, get an incoming call, instead of reaching over and picking up the phone, one keystroke they’re talking, don’t have to touch their physical phone (they can pick up the handset if they want, they don’t have to however). another incoming call, hit another single key that puts current call on hold and answers second call. no reaching for handset, picking it up, or replacing to hang up. doesn’t sound like much, but if you get 60 calls a day across many employees, it adds up. same concept.

slime is a program that allows you to control the entire layout and feel of the computer. It lets you deicided litterally everything. You can re-arrange your keyboard keys with it, decided what sequence of keystrokes will generate what. What colors, what frequency you want your monitor to be. The coolest part is it is programmable in real-time. If I want my computer to operate differently I can open this program and start modifying my linux system to do whatever I want. As I type the new code the changes will take effect.
