  1. Back in the day a half-assed guy worked for me. (Good help was pretty much non-existent where we were). In efforts to improve the situation I found and hired another half-assed guy on the slight chance that by combining the two I might get the equivalent of one somewhat decent employee. Unfortunately it worked the other way and I ended up with a complete ass.
