Your Uncle Nick was on the “Price is Right”? If so, how did he do?
He was! He actually won a Ford Explorer back in the late 90’s. 🙂
Cool. Out of curiosity, how much taxes did he have to pay for that prize?
And I am guessing he did not make it to the Showcase Showdown?
I don’t know exactly the amount of the taxes, but I do know it was enough that he considered not accepting it, but ultimately did. He kept the truck for a LONG time in the end. He was living in CA at the time and had just gone to the taping on a whim.
And no – didn’t made it into the Showcase Showdown. 😉
