Isn’t fur usually from ermine, faxes, or even, back in the day, raccoons (with the rest used for animal food) and leather is from cows, pigs, and goats–and sometimes sheep?
When I was much younger, I had a rabbit fur coat. My grandmother also had an heirloom mink stole — which was ironically stolen at some point.
Fur from “faxes”?
Cheaper to get a fur coat delivered that way. No shipping costs to speak of.
