Needs to be broken off with a sledge destroying as much of the car as possible!
Couldn’t the owner take most of that off and keep it in the back of the truck until needed?
A co-worker years ago bumped into one of those in the dark coming into work one morning. He removed it and tossed it. I thought their was a legal limit how far a hitch could stick out without a trailer attacked.
