1. The switch is to disable the brake lights.
   When the switch is on the brake lights work normally, i.e. by pushing the pedal.
   When the switch is off, the brake lights do not light up when the brake pedal is pushed.
   Incognito neato, see ?

   • Neato? Sounds illegal.

     Or maybe they use this switch when they are off-road.

   • I know of some that were installed to shut off the brake lights when the cops were coming up behind them trying to hide the fact that they were braking hard after a street race or trying to escape the cops completely by turning down a road or side street.

2. Roy Biggins would hit the brakes and cash a check.
