Several people have asked about the notice they get when their comment is too short. I’ve answered it in the comments but the peoples keep on askin’.
The comments are now run through a comment spam filter. I guess it doesn’t think really short comments like “LOL” are valid comments. (I’m really not sure how long a comment has to be to not see that message.) The plugin does such a great job of eliminating hundreds of spam comments every day that I want to keep using it. I hope it’s not too inconvenient for you guys. It really helps me out a lot. Thanks for understanding.
…and they said size doesn’t matter….
15 characters.
Then why are there 14 in that comment? ^
It’s my secret and I’m not tellin’!
Wha? How?

Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool!
…..lol………………..

Speaking of “characters”, I have a question about one of them….
►Scott!◄
Fair enough!!!
hehe!
Bitsy’s onto something. I discovered 2 ways around this short comment thing. One is super easy. Looks like Bitsy might be using the other method. I combined both ways in my last post up there. I wonder if I can sell my secret?? Hmmm should we start the bidding at somewhere around … 1 pizza? Do I hear 1 pizza?
Ok auction flopped. Just spacebar a bunch of times between whatever else you type. Can’t use spacebar before or after, only between. No matter how many times you hit space while typing, it’ll show up as a single space once it’s posted. For instance: ” ! (13 spaces) ! ” will show up as ” ! ! “. Or use more spaces, as long as you end up with at least 15 typed characters. The other way is to use characters that can’t be seen.

So this character goes into a spacebar and the spacebartender says “We don’t serve your type.”
Good one, Scott.
…then the thirsty character gets short with Jonco the spacebartender and makes the comment “Would you approve if it’s in moderation?”
…so Jonco says, “I’d like you to meet tonight’s banned instead.”
Duh !
.
That is not how I did it. I just used the edit function.
🙂
Brilliant!
