1957, 1958 & 1959 All Rolled Into One!
This car was built by N2A motors (No Two Alike).
Unbelievable! The company is planning a production run of about 100 vehicles.. It sits on a Corvette C6 chassis, front styled like a 57 Chevy, side like a 58, rear like a 59. Hence the designation “789.”
Is this a hot looking car, or What !!!
You probably need to be at least 60 yrs old to really appreciate this!!!
789 Chevy…
Thanks Fabian
I’m only 32 and I think it’s pretty badass!!
I am old enough!!! And I agree with above!
It would work better for me if it was all one color, but this is a great car.
I’ve a good way to go before sixty and I think its gorgeous.
I want one! As you know, 59 Chevy was my first car.
I remember it well.
I’m in love.
DAMNATION I WANT
Looks great, except my attention is drawn to the windshield and mirrors that don’t look retro enough. Those simple things ruin it for me.
At only $135k i think jonco should have one as a door prize at the BABBQ.
That might fetch a few more attendees.
I would never have thought that somebody could make the rear end of a ’59 Chevy look good. Back in the day, those things were hated, along with the ’59 Ford and ’59 Buick, probably the single worst year for automobile styling. And I’m not seeing the ’58 Chevy at all. Where are the chrome side vents?
Hah, Richard beat me to it. I was wondering, was I the ONLY one who noticed the missing side vents? To me, that always seemed like a classic part of the ’58, just as the side ‘vents’ on a BMW M3 are classic only to the M series. And Jonco, I’m 18, not 60. 😛
I dunno, maybe they just took the ‘middle’ of the ’58, cause it definitely has that stripe, but the air vents at the front and the little chrome bit (or air vents, depending on the model) just in front of the rear tire.
Darn, I’m too old for my age :S
At the age of 24, I think I’m in love…..
This car is hot, hot hot!
xx
60! PFT! It has all the best bits! WANT!
where can i buy one?
I’VE BEEN WATCHING THIS CAR SINCE IT 1ST HIT THE WEB IN 2007. I WANT ONE SO BAD!!! I ALREADY HAVE A 57 CHEVY THAT I’VE OWNED 25 YEARS NOW AND I WOULD TRADE IT QUICK AND IN A HURRY TO HAVE A 789 IN MY GARAGE. IT’S HOT AND SEXY!
