i know flip,as well as his dad an brother, all divers, they own the biggest dive shop in san diego ca,his dad worked on many underwater movies as a photographer,and also some docs,his brother terry was-is still a dive inst,1 of the best in mho, ive been following flips photos fer years,he has a huge gallery on the nat-geo site,i have a few of his prints,,hes a great guy.
