State police arrested Andre Stoltzfus, 17, on Friday after, they say, his family member tried to pass a fake $1 bill to buy some smokes. Total cost of the purchase: $3.05.
Stoltzfus was held pending arraignment on a charge of first-degree forgery, a felony.
