Me too Richard. I also like to buy the slabs of bacon still and slice my own. Thick, meaty, smoked and a touch of heaven. I lived on fresh tomatoes from the greenhouse and bacon sandwiches for most of the summer. Yummers.
Bella – Sign me up as a house guest for next July. Tomato sandwichs with mayo and a little salt and pepper are manna. And my Grandmother used to buy slabs of smoked bacon to make her own slices of pure indulgence.
