The secret behind Bits & Pieces

Gus PC

Thanks to Dave over at WebDigger.org I have automated a couple of the repetitious little things I have to do with every post.  I’ve also been teaching Gus how to blog.  So in the future if you see something here that you don’t like, you can assume that Gus did it.

Gus is showing little bits of improvement in his behavior.  He still has quite a way to go before he’s “normal”.  But that’s OK.  We have lots of time. He’s still afraid to come in the door.  I took him to my daughter’s house and shot in and out of her door several times.  They have a dog so that might be why he’s better there. Only once did we have to carry him out.

The next time he gets a bath I’ll video him afterwards.   He has this routine he does that cracks me up.

  1. Jonco,

You’re such a lucky guy…and so’s Gus. This pic is grreat! BTW, I missed Gus’ age. I think he’s wise beyond his (dog) years!

  2. I’m anxiously waiting for his first post! Although I have a feeling it will go something like this:

WOOF! WOOF! WOOF! BARK! BARK! BARK! GRRRRRRR!!!

  3. Gus gets Milk-Bone treats and rawhide toys. He also has some squeaky toys but he doesn’t know how to squeak them… or doesn’t want to. I’ve only heard one squeak so far… I think he sat on that one.

  4. Gus was clearly photoshopped to be thinner, have bigger boobs, smaller waist line, bigger cheeks, aging lines removed, larger eyes, skin glowing, and the usual works they do on magazine covers.
